As the leader of his high school (TTC) Scout Club and an all-around outstanding student (Luyeechun), Htet Myet took part in the Centenary Festival of Myanmar Scouts and organized his school Scout Club’s exhibition which showcased the club’s activities. The ceremony was held on 23rd December, 2016 at Diamond Jubilee Hall of Yangon University, and was attended by State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, Chief Commissioner of Myanmar Scouts Dr. Tin Nyo, Chief Commissioner of Myanmar Girl Guides Dr. Tin Hla Kyi, and Yangon Region Chief Minister U Phyo Min Thein.
