As the leader of his class G, Htet Myet participated actively in School Council’s activities from 2011 to 2018 for 7 consecutive academic years.
The followings are some of his significant activities at School Council.
School’s Scout Club was founded in April, 2014 and Htet Myet became the first president of the club. The club actively involved in other school’s activities starting from 2014.
Representing the School Council, Htet Myet and his family hosted two students from 42 rd Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program SSEAYP-2015 for two days on 28th and 29th November, 2015.
The council welcomed students from ASTEM Cultural Exchange Program who took a visit to the school on 1st March, 2017.
Htet Myet actively took part in the opening of the new building of Practising High School, Yangon University of Education on 1st December, 2017
Htet Myet served as the president of Organizing Committee of Homage Paying Ceremony to Teachers (Class of 2018). The event was successfully held on 11th August, 2018 at Pyinnya Veikman Hall (Hall of Wisdom).
